Patrick Walker is certified Holden Qigong instructor and Oxygen Advantage Functional Breathwork Instructor.  Patrick has been intimately studying pain management since 2016.  “If you are in pain and looking for relief; I’ve been there.  I can help and I’ve learned some short-cuts along the way.  Wherever you are on your journey, I’m happy to meet you there.  My qigong and breathwork practices have got my pain under control, anxiety meds reduced from the maximum to minimum dosage, resolution of sleep apnea, improved lung function and heart health, asthma symptoms are under control, increased balance, range of motion, better sleep and daily vitality.  You do not have to suffer in pain, alone.”  

And for the athletes; qigong is great for recovery.  Improving your breathwork is only going to increase your body oxidation level; naturally leading to improved performance.  

Patrick offers regular weekly classes at Kindred Flow, in Wyoming Ohio as well as private lessons.  

Qi (chi) means energy. Gong translates to skillful work. Qigong is part of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The physical forms and movements of qigong mimic the same forms and movement found by observing nature. By following these natural movements and releasing ourselves to the flow we unlock and free our natural energy pathways. The qigong flows have a meditative quality that are designed to increase strength, energy and mobility, joint health, flexibility, range of motion and balance. You may have heard of Thai chi; that is the martial arts; where Qigong is of the healing arts.

Breathing 101

Patrick Walker is a certified functional breathing instructor through Patrick McKeon's Oxygen Advantage program. Patrick's classes blend pranayama, wim-hof, buteyko, and schroth scoliosis 3D rotational breathing. After a decade or more studying, living, and training in pain management, Patrick claims functional breathing to be the biggest game changer he's found. Better body oxidization can lead to decreased anxiety, reduction in inflammation, decreased asthma symptoms, better heart health, better immunity, spinal support and the resolution of sleep apnea. The practitioner always controls the intensity. Meaning; safe and welcoming for newcomers, but advanced practitioners can still get the desired workout.
